Lip pull exercise

Lift your lower lip up as much as possible by pushing the lower jaw out. You will feel the stretch and tension build up in the chin muscles and jawline. Remain in this posture for 10 to 15 seconds and relax. Perform the lip pull exercise 10 to 15 times at a stretch

Chin lift exercise

With your mouth closed, push your lower jaw out and lift your lower lip. You should feel a stretch build just under the chin and in the jawline. Hold the position for 10–15 seconds, then relax. Perform 3 sets of 15.

Jaw release

Repeat small mouth-opening and mouth-closing movements several times as a warm-up. Then, place your fingers on the top of your front four bottom teeth. Slowly pull down until you feel slight discomfort on the right side of your jaw. Hold for 30 seconds, and then slowly release your jaw back to the starting position.
